Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

You will receive another notification if there are delays due to high volumes of orders or if there are any postal service issues that are out of our control.

  • Prices include processing, packaging and shipping
  • FREE shipping on all orders over £100
  • UK delivery aim: 3-5 days working days
  • Europe delivery aim: up to 1 week
  • Worldwide delivery: up to 3 weeks

*Please note that postal services may be affected by the Coronavirus pandemic- whilst we will strive for speedy delivery please be aware that it may take longer than expected*

  • Orders are not shipped with signature required: Merryn Label is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that note delivery confirmation to the correct shipping address. 
  • Please check all details are correct before completing checkout: once dispatched we are unable to change your shipment. 
  • Our packaging is eco-friendly.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer £5 flat rate shipping to the UK.

Customs Duty & Taxes Policy

For orders outside the EU (Merryn Label is based in the UK):

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Merryn Label is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

  • Merryn Label does not hold responsibility for any customs clearance costs in your country.
  • Merryn Label is not responsible for holding times of packages by your country's customs.
  • Please be aware of your country's standard policies as duty payments may be needed to release your order.

Please note: if you do not pay import taxes or duties & refuse the package, you will not be refunded for your order.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@merrynlabel.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. We do not accept returns from International orders (outside of EU).

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@merrynlabel.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
